  • ⁠⁠If booking for more than two guests, let us know so we can provide extra linen.
  • ⁠Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Any dogs must be supervised and kept off soft furniture.
  • ⁠Seagulls are part of Brighton life – we take steps to keep them off the terrace, but occasional visits are inevitable.
•⁠ PARKING There’s no parking at the property itself. On-street parking charges apply 09:00 to 20:00, seven days a week. Check signs for time limits. "Max 11 hours" allows continuous parking as charging period is only 11 hours forwards to next day. Correct at time of writing. Visitor parking tickets are available for purchase to cover your stay, subject to availability. Please message me to check availability and for more information if you'd like to arrange this.
